Notification Preparation

Changes to a cannabis business not requiring an amendment may still require a notification

Not all changes to a licensed cannabis business require an amendment. Instead, a notification of a change to the business would be required, as outlined by the Cannabis Regulations.

Licence holders are required to notify or report changes to their cannabis operations. Examples of this include:

  • Notices of new licence issuances
  • Notice of cessation of activities
  • Record of key investors
  • Notice of new cannabis products
  • Reporting information related to promotions
  • Replacing or adding corporate personnel
  • Replacing or adding a Head of Security or Master Grower
