Inspection & Monitoring Reports

Health Canada inspections occur for all licensed producers. After each inspection, Health Canada will produce a report. There are 4 types of inspections:

1. Introductory inspections,
2. Presales inspections,
3. Targeted inspections, and
4. Annual inspections

Our services include:

• Helping you understand what the report concluded and what is required of you in order to remain compliant.
• Preparing a response to the inspection report on your behalf once the review mentioned above is completed

Requests for More Information (RMI)

As stated in the Cannabis Regulations, if any information submitted to Health Canada is deemed unclear or requiring further detail, you may be issued an RMI.

Our services include:

• Helping you understand what type of information Health Canada is requesting by performing a review of your RMI
• Preparing a response to the RMI for you, or correspond directly with Health Canada, once the review is completed
